One Fatally Struck by Car in Oildale Pedestrian Accident on Manor Street

 
OILDALE, CA (October 27, 2020) — A man died Monday evening following a pedestrian accident on Manor Street near Felton Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian, described as a male, died as he was removing items from a commercial work truck vehicle.
 
Under unknown circumstances, a driver, who officers say had not been speeding or impaired, struck the unidentified pedestrian around 4:30 p.m.
 
Unfortunately, the pedestrian died at the scene and the coroner’s office has yet to release the victim’s name.
