Motorcycle Involved in Crash on Contra Costa Boulevard near 2nd Avenue in Pleasant Hill
PLEASANT HILL, CA (October 17, 2020) – Police identified Brett Currie as the victim who died in a motorcycle crash on Contra Costa Boulevard on Saturday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near 2nd Avenue at approximately 04:45 PM.
Based on a report, the 34-year-old rider was traveling north on Contra Costa when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle. As a result, the impact ejected Currie from the bike.
Emergency crews transported Currie to a hospital. However, he later died due to severe injuries.
