Fatal Lodi Head-On Crash at Highway 88
LODI, CA (October 15, 2020) — One person perished following Saturday’s DUI head-on crash on Highway 88 at East Harney Lane.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash involved at least five cars, including a black Mercedes-Benz.
It’s unclear what led to a green Honda CRV colliding with a white Subaru Outback around 7:30 p.m., later resulting in one fatality.
During the investigation, authorities learned that one person was under the influence at the time of the accident, leading officers to arrest the driver.
