12-Year-Old Dies in Kent Pedestrian Accident on 208th Street
KENT, WA (October 5, 2020) — A 12-year-old died Saturday evening after being struck by a vehicle and pinned against another in a pedestrian accident on 208th Street near 108th Avenue.
According to police, officers responded around 4:50 p.m. after learning about a pedestrian being hit.
Arriving at the 10800 block of Southeast 208th Street, crews found a 12-year-old pinned between two cars.
Paramedics immediately rendered life-saving efforts, but the child did not make it.
Now, police are tackling this case, trying to determine what had led to the accident and where the liabilities fall.
At this time, impairment has been ruled out, but investigators believe one of the drivers might have had suffered a medical emergency.
