Troy Redmond Dies in Motorcycle Crash on East Antelope Road Near Thunderbird Trail
CORDES LAKES, AZ (September 29, 2020) — A Cordes Lakes man died last Wednesday following a motorcycle crash on East Antelope Road near Thunderbird Trail.
According to Dwight D’Evelyn of the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, a truck driver noticed the motorcyclist bearing down toward him in a southeasterly direction. He believes the rider had possibly lost control of the motorcycle before it collided with the front of his truck.
As a result of the accident, 34-year-old Troy Redmond died at a nearby hospital.
A preliminary investigation suggests that Redmond was not wearing a safety helmet at the time and speed might have precipitated the accident.
However, an investigation remains. If anyone has more knowledge about this crash, please call the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.
Our law firm would like to take this moment to extend its sympathies to the bereaved family and friends of Troy Redmond.
