Bicyclist Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver in Carson Accident Near Chico Street

 
CARSON, CA (September 28, 2020) — A female bicyclist died Saturday in a hit-and-run accident near Chico Street and East Dominguez Street.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Carson station, the incident took place around 6:17 a.m.
 
Upon responding to the accident, paramedics found the bicyclist and declared her dead upon arrival.
 
Due to investigative purposes, officials closed Chico Street from 213th Street to Dominguez Street and Dominguez Street from Leapwood Avenue to Belshaw Avenue.
