Fatal Bicycle Accident on South White Road in San Jose
SAN JOSE, CA (September 20, 2020) – Police confirmed that one person died in a bicycle crash on South White Road on late Sunday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Rose Avenue at approximately 11:00 PM.
Based on a report, a vehicle struck the victim who was riding a bicycle near the intersection. At this point, the details that led to the crash are not immediately available.
Emergency crews confirmed that the cyclist died in the incident. Officials did not immediately identify the victim.
At this time, officers don’t have additional information. However, the investigation into the case is on-going.
