6 Injured in Rollover Accident on Cottonwood Avenue Near Sultana Street [Hesperia, CA]
Multi-Vehicle Rollover Crash Injures 6 in Hesperia
HESPERIA, CA (September 21, 2020) — Saturday night’s rollover accident on Cottonwood Avenue near Sultana Street left six people injured.
According to reports, the San Bernardino County Fire responded to the 9200 block of Cottonwood Avenue.
Around 9 p.m., firefighters found four damaged vehicles and subsequently requested two helicopters to airlift two critically injured patients; the remaining four patients sustained minor injuries.
According to traffic scanners, firefighters took 15 minutes to extricate a victim who’d been trapped beneath an overturned SUV.
In addition to those injured was a female elder of a Hyundai SUV; however, her condition was not known.
At this time, the cause of the accident remains unclear but anyone with information should contact the Hesperia Police Department.
