Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident in Cathedral City at 10 Freeway Near Date Palm Drive
CATHEDRAL CITY, CA (September 15, 2020)—One person died Monday after a box truck collided with a vehicle on the 10 Freeway near Date Palm Drive.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened around 1:30 a.m.
Along the westbound lanes between Date Palm Drive and Bob Hope Drive, the driver of the box truck slammed into the vehicle, killing the driver at the scene.
Per reports, the driver of the box truck suffered no injuries.
