VICTORVILLE, CA (September 11, 2020) — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries following Tuesday’s hit-and-run crash on Amethyst Road near Bear Valley Road.
 
According to news reports, the crash happened around 9:45 p.m.
 
A vehicle described as a gray four-door reportedly struck the motorcyclist, drove through a parking lot of a shopping center and traveled eastbound on Bear Valley Road.
 
As of now, the driver and vehicle have yet to be accounted for.
 
Due to the extremity of his injuries, paramedics transported the injured rider to a trauma center for treatment.
