Street Racing Leads to Accident on Buckeye Road near 35th Avenue in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (August 31, 2020) – Police confirmed that at least three people were hurt in a street racing accident on Buckeye Road on early Monday morning.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the accident happened near 35th Avenue.
Based on a report, two cars were racing when the accident happened. The Phoenix Police Department said that one of the vehicles failed to stop at a red light at the intersection and caused the collision.
As a result, three people suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
At this point, Phoenix Police are still conducting an investigation. However, LASD Lancaster officers don’t have additional details this time.
