TUOLUMNE, CA (August 25, 2020) – Police confirmed that one person suffered serious injuries in a bicycle accident on Tuolumne Road on late Tuesday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near Cherry Valley Boulevard around 5:30 PM.
 
Based on a report, a driver of a vehicle called 911 reporting that someone ran out in front of her and was hit. As a result, emergency responders found a bicycle stuck under the vehicle.
 
Consequently, medics took the bicyclist to Adventist Health Sonora and to a Modesto hospital for major injuries.
