Pedestrian Dies in Lodi Crash With Train at Locust Street and Main Street
LODI, CA (July 30, 2020) – A Union Pacific train fatally struck a pedestrian Tuesday evening near Locust Street and Main Street.
According to a spokesperson with the Union Pacific, the 7:14 p.m. incident left an adult male pedestrian with fatal injuries.
However, it’s unclear what drove the fatal crash but detectives hope for witnesses’ help during this time.
As a result of the incident, the train blocked the intersections from Tokay to Locust streets.
