SAN DIEGO, CA (July 27, 2020) – A man died Sunday morning following a pedestrian accident on Highway 94 near Kelton Road.
 
According to news reports, detectives determined that the man was trying to run across Highway 94 for unknown reasons.
 
Subsequently, an oncoming Dodge van struck the pedestrian just after midnight.
 
Due to the crash, the California Highway Patrol closed the area as they investigated the fatality.
