Pedestrian Critical after Hit-and-Run on 160th Street [Burien, WA]
Hit-and-Run Driver Wanted after Pedestrian Accident on SW 160th Street at 1st Avenue SW in Burien
BURIEN, WA (July 29, 2020) – Police confirmed that a pedestrian is now critical after a hit-and-run on SW 160th Street on Wednesday evening.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision happened at 1st Avenue SW just before 10:00 PM.
Based on a report, an unidentified vehicle struck the victim. Afterward, the driver drove away from the scene.
Medics rushed the victim to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Officials said the patient was listed in critical condition.
Investigators are still working on a description of the driver and their vehicle. At this point, an investigation is ongoing.
