Jorge Lizarraga, Another Dead in Baldwin Park Accident
BALDWIN PARK, CA (July 31, 2020) – Two people died Wednesday when their vehicle plowed into a tree at Baldwin Park Boulevard and La Rica Avenue.
According to authorities, two cars collided under unknown circumstances and one of them subsequently slammed into a nearby tree situated in the center median.
At the scene were tire marks that extended for nearly 90 feet.
Soon after the crash took place, police arrived and found a vehicle wrapped around a tree, nearly unrecognizable.
In addition, they found two men inside the twisted metal, one of whom officials have identified as 18-year-old Jorge Lizarraga, of Baldwin Park. The second victim’s identity has not been released; however, reports described him as a male in his 20s.
Meanwhile, the driver in the second vehicle survived the crash and did not sustain any injuries.
