Teens Killed, Brock Hill Detained after Dolan Springs ATV Accident
DOLAN SPRINGS, AZ (July 28, 2020) – Two teens died during Saturday’s ATV accident involving a hit-and-run driver on Pierce Ferry Road near Milepost 5.
According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened around 8:30 p.m.
A caller informed officers about a crash involving a white truck and an ATV with three riders on it.
Upon arriving, deputies found two 13-year-old girls who had died. Additionally, a 19-year-old woman – the third ATV rider – sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a Las Vegas Hospital.
The driver of the truck fled moments before authorities arrived. However, officers found him not long after and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Brock Amelia Hill now faces three counts of leaving the scene of the fatal crash. However, authorities have not determined whether the 27-year-old was impaired or speeding.
