Three Hospitalized After Crash on Riverside Drive [Lake Elsinore, CA]
Two Vehicles Cause Crash on Riverside Drive and Gunnerson Street in Lake Elsinore
LAKE ELSINORE, CA (July 19, 2020) – Emergency crews sent at least three people to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash on Riverside Drive on Sunday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Gunnerson Street around 5:20 PM.
Based on a report, Cal Fire Riverside officials located two vehicles at the scene. As a result of the crash, they needed to extricate one person from the wreckage.
Paramedics sent the victim and two other motorists to the hospital for treatment of injuries. In addition, first responders also called the Riverside County Department of Animal Services to assist with an injured dog.
The CHP doesn’t have additional information at this time. In addition, officers continue to investigate the case.
