Juan Munoz Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Pyramid Way [Sparks, NV]

36-Year-Old Man Killed in Crash on Pyramid Highway at Los Altos Parkway in Sparks

 
SPARKS, NV (July 24, 2020) – Police identified Juan Munoz as the victim who died in a multi-vehicle crash on Pyramid Way on Friday morning.
 
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Los Altos Parkway around 7:15 AM.
 
Based on a report, the 36-year-old man was driving southbound on Pyramid approaching Los Altos when he hit the left rear of a pickup truck in front of him. After that, he then crossed over into oncoming traffic. Consequently, he collided with a semi-truck.
 
As a result, emergency crews pronounced the man dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
 
Fire officials closed all lanes of Pyramid Highway to give way to a clearing operation.
 
Sparks Police said it is still investigating the collision. At this time, they don’t have additional details related to the case.
