Man Fatally Struck by SUV in Irvine Pedestrian Accident Near Silkberry
IRVINE, CA (July 23, 2020) — A 52-year-old man died in a pedestrian accident near Silkberry and Hazelnut Tuesday evening.
According to the Irvine Police Department, the fatal crash happened around 6:30 p.m.
The unidentified victim suffered grave injuries, which urged paramedics to transport him to a nearby hospital. However, medical staff pronounced him dead shortly after as attempts to save him fell short.
Meanwhile, the driver involved stayed back and cooperated with police investigators.
