Robert Wolff Fatally Struck by Driver at Pacific Avenue South and 108th Street South
TACOMA, WA (July 21, 2020) – The man who died in a pedestrian accident on July 12 at Pacific Avenue South and 108th Street South has been identified.
According to Washington State Troopers, the incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Robert M. Wolff has been confirmed as the victim in the pedestrian accident.
Authorities determined that a 24-year-old California woman was traveling northbound on Pacific Avenue when her vehicle struck the 66-year-old man as he tried crossing 108th Street South.
Crews had to shut down the area for more than an hour as they investigated.
Information surrounding whether police officers cited or arrested the driver was unavailable.
