Mark McLaughlin Fatally Struck by Driver While Biking in Taos
TAOS, NM (July 10, 2020) — A bicyclist died on June 26 after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 230 near Middle Road.
Authorities remain aggressive in determining what led to the accident that claimed Mark McLaughlin‘s life.
Reports say that the accident occurred outside of his home just when his wife walked out to find him receiving chest compressions by Good Samaritans.
Law enforcement officials have not yet released the full investigation into the accident, but residents say that the road has posed immense danger to those living in the community.
Information surrounding the driver involved and other details were not available.
