Hit-and-Run Driver Involved in Pahrump Bicycle Crash on Badin Road

 
PAHRUMP, NV (July 3, 2020) – Police confirmed that a cyclist died in a hit-and-run crash on Badin Road on Friday evening.
 
According to the Nye County Sheriff’s Office, the collision happened at Petrack Park just before 10:00 PM.
 
Based on a report, deputies found the victim down in the road. In addition, the vehicle that was part of the collision left the scene after the incident.
 
Crews pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene. They did not release the victim’s identity prior to kin notification.
 
NSCSO closed Basin Road to give way to an investigation. At this point, officers don’t have a description of the involved vehicle. However, they continue to investigate the case.
