PALMDALE, CA (June 26, 2020) — A 37-year-old man died in Tuesday’s pedestrian accident near 70th Street East and East Palmdale Boulevard.
 
According to authorities, the incident occurred in the Palmdale area when a big rig driver struck Zebulun Hogue around 12:30 a.m.
 
The events that led to this crash and the circumstances in which they unfolded have not been determined by investigators.
