Motorcyclist Perishes in Oxnard Crash

 
OXNARD, CA (June 25, 2020)—One person died Wednesday afternoon following a motorcycle accident on Ventura Road and Anna Way.
 
According to news reports, the 4:40 p.m. collision involved a 2007 Honda motorcycle and a 2015 Toyota Prius.
 
Investigators learned that the southbound motorcycle, traveling along Gonzales Road, collided with the Toyota Prius, whose driver tried attempting a left turn onto Anna Way.
 
The crash drew paramedics to the scene, who transported the seriously injured rider to Ventura County Medical Center where he died.
 
Meanwhile, the 27-year-old Toyota Prius driver from Oxnard, who sustained minor injuries, cooperated with police investigations.
