Two Motorists Die in Solo-Vehicle Crash in Winters
WINTERS, CA (June 15, 2020) – Police identified Michael Pascua, 72, and Fely Pascua, 71, as the victims who died in a crash on Highway 505 on Monday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened just south of Putah Creek Road around 2:08 PM.
Reports showed that the Alameda residents’ 1999 Ford F-150 was traveling northbound on the highway when, for an unknown reason, it turned right off the roadway. In addition, it went through a chain-link fence and into an orchard. After that, it then crashed into a tree.
As a result, emergency crews pronounced the pair dead at the scene.
Police asked anyone with information about the crash to call the CHP Solano-area office at 707-428-2100 or a non-emergency line at 800-TELL-CHP.
