2 Pedestrians Injured After Being Hit by Driver During Visalia Protest
VISALIA, CA (June 2, 2020)—A driver struck and injured two women during Tuesday’s protest near South Mooney Boulevard and West Caldwell Avenue.
The incident happened around 3 p.m. when protesters crowded the intersection of South Mooney Boulevard and West Caldwell Avenue.
Video footage showed a blue Jeep SUV striking two female protesters holding up signs.
The women suffered injuries that were not considered major, reports noted. However, information surrounding the names of those involved was unavailable.
