Woman Dies in Off-Road Vehicle Crash on Cassandra Drive [Quail Valley, CA]
Off-Road Vehicle and Pickup Truck Involved in Fatal Crash near Mountain View Place
QUAIL VALLEY, CA (May 14, 2020) – Police confirmed that a woman died in an off-road vehicle crash on Cassandra Drive on Thursday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near Mountain View Place around 9:40 PM.
A report from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department showed that the victim was a passenger on an ORV that collided with a Ford F-350 truck. Officers did not release further details regarding the incident.
Emergency crews said the female passenger was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead after suffering major injuries in the crash. Her identity was not released.
Authorities did not release the cause of the accident. However, they continue to investigate the case.
