CASTROVILLE, CA (May 12, 2020) — At least one person died following Sunday’s multi-vehicle crash on Highway 1 near Molera Road.
 
According to reports, the California Highway Patrol dispatched and found at least two cars involved in the fatal accident. The incident took place around 6:30 p.m. under unclear circumstances.
 
However, CHP officers did confirm at least one fatality. Investigators arrived shortly after and combed through the evidence to determine the events that took place prior.
