Man Arrested After Hit-and-Run Crash on Scott Street [San Bruno, CA]
DUI Driver Involved in Two Hit-and-Run Accidents in San Bruno
SAN BRUNO, CA (May 10, 2020) – Police arrested a 43-year-old man after a hit-and-run crash on Scott Street on Sunday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near East Huntington Avenue at approximately 7:05 PM.
San Bruno Police said that the man in a dark-colored SUV got involved in a hit-and-run case on Scott. He then crashed into multiple vehicles and a fire hydrant in the 600 block of Masson Avenue before leaving the scene.
As a result, officers located the suspected male driver walking in the 500 block of Third Avenue.
Police evaluated and subsequently arrested him for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for hit and run. However, an investigation is ongoing.
