KINGSBURG, CA (May 12, 2020) – Police identified Gary Banks as the victim who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run car on Clarkson Avenue on early Tuesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near 12th Avenue.
 
Kingsburg Police Department officials found the 30-year-old victim in the road. The vehicle that hit him left the scene after the incident. There is no description of the suspect vehicle at this time.
