Three Hospitalized After Crash near Woods Avenue

 
NORWALK, CA (May 10, 2020) – The Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department confirmed that one of their deputies got involved in a crash on Imperial Highway on Sunday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened near Ocean Avenue around 3:26 PM.
 
The deputy was in a marked Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department patrol vehicle when it crashed into a white pickup truck.
 
As a result, the paramedics treated the deputy and two occupants from the pickup truck before they were sent to area hospitals in unknown condition.
 
Officials cordoned off the scene of the crash while traffic investigators responded. However, no other details were released.
 
CHP handled the investigation on the accident. However, officials did not release more details regarding the case.
