Ivan Ledesma Dies in Motorcycle Collision at Flosden Road and Daniel Drive
AMERICAN CANYON, CA (May 11, 2020) — A 17-year-old boy died on May 3 following a motorcycle accident at Flosden Road and Daniel Drive.
According to reports, the Napa County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office has identified the 17-year-old Vallejo boy as Ivan Joaquin Ledesma.
Around 9:22 p.m., paramedics responded and found Ledesma in the roadway suffering from severe injuries. They also found a driver of an Acura Integra sedan involved in the crash.
Shortly after, paramedics transported Ledesma to Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa where he died from his injuries.
Officers investigating the crash believe he traveled southbound on Flosden Road before his Honda sports bike struck the passenger side of the Acura that attempted a westbound turn onto Daniel Drive from north Flosden Road.
Authorities do not suspect impairment played a role in the accident. However, anyone with knowledge regarding this crash should call local authorities.
