Person Dies in Paramount Pedestrian Accident on 710 Freeway

 
PARAMOUNT, CA (May 4, 2020) — Authorities are investigating Saturday evening’s deadly pedestrian accident on 710 Freeway near Alondra Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal incident ensued around 8:50 p.m. on the southbound side.
 
Witnesses informed authorities about a man in the No. 3 lane. A black sedan, as well as a black pickup truck, was pulled over in the area but details pertaining to whether they were involved in the crash have not been confirmed.
 
Crews closed the southbound lanes following the crash to investigate what had happened.
