Motorcyclist Injured in Sacramento 5 Freeway Crash
SACRAMENTO, CA (April 24, 2020)—A rider suffered major injuries in Tuesday’s motorcycle collision with a vehicle on the 5 Freeway near Sutterville Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 4:58 p.m. on the northbound side of the freeway.
Officials say the man rode his motorcycle northbound when for unknown reasons he plowed into a Chevy Tahoe. Due to the accident, the unidentified motorcyclist suffered major injuries.
Police did not release any other information surrounding the cause or whether the Chevy driver sustained injuries.
