3 Injured in DUI Accident on 44th Avenue and Alderwood Mall Boulevard [Lynnwood, WA]
Three People Hospitalized in Multi-Car Accident in Lynnwood
LYNNWOOD, WA (April 21, 2020) — Paramedics shuttled three people to a hospital Saturday night following a suspected DUI accident on 44th Avenue West and Alderwood Mall Boulevard.
According to Leslie Hynes of Snohomish Fire, deputies and paramedics responded to the scene around 9:35 p.m. Upon arrival, they found three cars with significant damage, as well as three injured occupants.
Of the three patients, paramedics rushed a woman to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, while another team brought the remaining two to Swedish Hospital in Edmonds.
At this time, it’s unclear what drove the accident, but police believe one driver was impaired during the crash.
