Ceanna Diller Killed in DUI Crash on 80th Avenue NW [Stanwood, WA]
20-Year-Old Woman Killed in DUI Crash in Stanwood
STANWOOD, WA (April 10, 2020) – Authorities identified Ceanna Diller as the victim who died in a DUI crash on 80th Avenue NW on Friday afternoon.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened around 3:40 PM.
The 20-year-old victim was a passenger of a car that reportedly swerved to avoid an animal and crashed into a tree.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner pronounced Diller dead at the scene. The male driver of the car suffered serious injuries after being ejected from the car. As a result, paramedics transported him to a Mount Vernon hospital for treatment.
Authorities determined that speed and alcohol impairment were the cause of the crash. However, an investigation continues.
