Two Vehicles Involved in Fatal Car Crash on Highway 160
RIO VISTA, CA (April 14, 2020) – Authorities confirmed that at least three people died in a car crash on Highway 160 on Tuesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near West Sherman Island Road around 7:00 PM.
Officials from the Rio Vista Fire Department said that two vehicles were involved in the crash. They reported people who were pinned inside the wreckage.
As a result, three people died at the scene. However, police did not release the names of the victims at this time.
Paramedics transported two other people to the hospital. Their conditions were not reported.
However, the cause of the crash is under investigation.
