Lenore Robertson Killed in Red-Light Crash on 8th Street [Chico, CA]
One Killed and Two Injured in Two-Car Crash near Main Street
CHICO, CA (April 9, 2020) – Police identified Lenore Robertson as the driver killed in a red-light crash on 8th Street on Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Main Street around 5:00 AM.
The 22-year-old victim from Chico ran a red light and collided with another vehicle.
Robertson died at the scene. His two female passengers were taken to a local hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
The 24-year-old driver and his passenger of the other vehicle were not injured.
Police did not release any other information at this time. However, an investigation is ongoing.
