PHOENIX, AZ (April 8, 2020) – Police identified Chandler Cilk as the victim killed by her own truck on 25th Avenue on Wednesday afternoon.
 
According to the Phoenix Police, the accident happened near Peoria Avenue around 1:00 PM.
 
Reports showed that the 26-year-old victim was in driver’s seat when, for unknown reasons, she fell onto the road and was hit by her truck. The truck was then found crashed into a fence.
 
Paramedics took Cilk to a nearby hospital, where she died due to severe injuries.
 
It is still unclear how she ended up on the roadway. An investigation is on-going.
