LAKE ELSINORE, CA (April 6, 2020) – Three people, including two children, suffered injuries in a multi-car crash on Highway 74 on Monday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near Trellis Lane at approximately 3:00 PM.
 
Lake Elsinore Police said that three vehicles were involved in the incident. Paramedics said that a child ejected from one of the cars.
 
The ejected child suffered major injuries. As a result, paramedics transported the victim to Inland Valley Medical Center in critical condition. Another child and an adult suffered minor injuries.
 
It was raining in the area at the time of the collision, but details regarding how it occurred were not immediately available.
