2 People Hospitalized in Las Vegas Car Accident on Washington Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (April 7, 2020) — A two-vehicle accident Saturday afternoon at West Washington Avenue and North Rainbow Boulevard sent two people to a hospital.
According to Metropolitan Police Department Lt. Ken Nogle, the accident took place around 2:46 p.m. and left one car on its side. Officers arrived shortly after to investigate and to close travel in all directions.
It appears that at least two people sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the accident; however, it’s unclear the type of injuries they sustained.
During the investigation, officers ruled out impairment as a possible factor, but an ongoing investigation continues as they determined what had occurred moments before the impact.
