Car and Semi-Truck Involved in Fatal Crash on Highway 195
SPANGLE, WA (March 28, 2020) – Police identified Shane Remp as the victim killed in a car crash on Highway 195 on early Saturday.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the 32-year-old man from Spangle collided with a semi-truck while heading north on the highway. The accident occurred after he crossed the center line and hit the driver’s side of the truck.
Remp died at the scene. However, the driver of the semi, 48-year-old Joseph Reid, was not hurt.
It is currently unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash. However, additional information regarding this accident is under investigation and will be released as soon as possible.
