Man Injured in West Richland Bicycle Crash on Van Giesen Street
WEST RICHLAND, WA (March 31, 2020) — A hit-and-run bicycle crash on Van Giesen Street near Grosscup Boulevard sent a bicyclist to a hospital Sunday morning.
According to the West Richland Police Department, the crash befell around 11:00 a.m. Authorities say a man was riding his bicycle along West Van Giesen Street when a vehicle struck him.
Shortly thereafter, a witness saw the injured cyclist and contacted 911. The driver, however, fled the scene toward Grosscup Boulevard.
