Fatal Seattle Crash in Ballard Fred Meyer Parking
SEATTLE, WA (March 19, 2020) – Police confirmed that a woman died after a hit-and-run crash in a Ballard Fred Meyer parking lot on NW 45th Street on Thursday.
Seattle Police said that the woman was hit by a driver who did not stop to help the victim.
She suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to Harborview Medical Center, where she was proclaimed dead.
Police are now investigating the hit-and-run incident as a homicide.
Officials did not release any descriptions of a possible suspect or vehicle. However, an investigation continues.
