Man Killed in Bicycle Accident on Fanita Drive [Santee, CA]

Bicyclist Struck and Killed by Vehicle on Fanita Drive and Mission Gorge Road in Santee

 
SANTEE, CA (December 15, 2020) – Police confirmed that a man died in a bicycle accident on Fanita Drive on Tuesday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Mission Gorge Road around 3:45 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim collided with a vehicle near Carlton Oaks Country. However, the details that led to the accident were not immediately available.
 
As a result, the San Diego County Sheriff‘s Office said medics took the victim to the hospital, where he later died. The name and age of the cyclist were not immediately available.
