SANTA ANA, CA (December 15, 2020)—One person died during Sunday’s hit-and-run pedestrian accident on West 1st Street near North Bristol Street.
 
According to Santa Ana police Commander Andy Alvarez, the crash happened around 7:13 p.m. Just minutes after the call came in, police arrived at the scene to find a pedestrian on the street with fatal injuries.
 
However, police found no sign of the vehicle involved, leaving them to search for the suspect’s whereabouts.
