RENO, NV (November 8, 2020) – A woman suffered serious injuries in an accident that involved two vehicles on Double R Boulevard on Sunday evening.
 
According to Reno Police, the collision occurred near Damonte Ranch Parkway around 5:40 PM.
 
Based on a report, one of the vehicles was going eastbound on Damonte Ranch at the time of the crash. Meanwhile, the other one was traveling westbound on the road. Due to unknown reasons, while the eastbound vehicle was attempting to make a left turn onto Double R, the westbound vehicle struck it.
 
Reno Fire, REMSA, and the Reno Police responded to the scene. Upon arrival, emergency personnel located a woman trapped inside one of the cars. They were able to free her before transporting her to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
