John Kaizer Killed, Roger Ulloa Arrested in Phoenix Pedestrian Crash
PHOENIX, AZ (October 30, 2020) — A 55-year-old man died following Wednesday’s pedestrian accident on North 7th Street near East Bethany Home Road.
According to police, the incident befell around 9:00 p.m. when 55-year-old John Kaizer tried crossing 7th Street mid-block and outside of a marked crosswalk.
It had been at this point when 32-year-old Roger Ulloa struck Kaizer, causing him significant injuries.
Shortly after, paramedics ushered Kaizer to a nearby hospital, where he died, despite having received life-saving efforts.
At the scene, police arrested Ulloa, booking him into jail on suspicion of drug possession.
