Tran Truong Killed in DUI Two-Car Accident Near Bell Road [Phoenix, AZ]
Tran Truong Dies Following DUI Collision Near Bell Road and North 29th Avenue
PHOENIX, AZ (October 27, 2020) — A 48-year-old woman died in a suspected DUI two-vehicle crash Sunday evening near Bell Road and North 29th Avenue.
According to police officers, crews were dispatched to the scene of the crash around 6:00 p.m.
There, officers found two cars—a Dodge Durango, which reportedly crossed over the raised median and collided with the second car, an oncoming Toyota Camry, pushing it into a blocked wall.
In its devastating wake, the accident left Tran Viet Truong with fatal injuries. The 64-year-old man operating the Dodge sustained major injuries and was likely under the influence at the time, say officers.
However, since details remain unclear, authorities plan to examine this crash further to determine the liabilities and circumstances.
